Universal Differential  Controller and Energy Calculator

USDT 2004A calculates energy collection (or consumption) by multiplying the flow volume by the difference in water temperature between the supply and return lines and displays the results on an its LCD window. It ensures the highest level of accuracy by using adjustable (on unit calibration) temperature sensors and microprocessor calculations. The unit is an advanced temperature differential controller with energy calculation capabilities.

  • This device should be properly grounded. Flexible wires simplify connection to the terminals. All connections should be secure and adequately tightened. It is good practice to keep mains cables away from sensor cables and other low voltage signal cables.
  • A surge arrester at the collector sensor reduces lightning damages to the controller internal electronics 

Sensor Characteristics

  • The unit is supplied with two thermistor sensors

  • Sensor cables can be extended up to 500 feet using standard two wire cables

  • Collector sensor is supplied with a weather resistant terminal box and EMI impedance protector
