The SM QUATTRO is a  microprocessor-based data logger with four fully sealed plug-in PT100 platinum film sensors.  SM QUATTRO is a paperless logging and filing system, which allows the data of any day in its history to be read and examined with just a few key presses. The temperature from each Channel and alarm states are sampled every 15 minutes and stored to an internal databank.
A large graphics LCD display (2" x 3") serves as man machine interface. It communicates the information to the user with clarity. Programming is friendly and easy, without compromising its sophistication and digital accuracy.The SMX 100 is a microprocessor-based refrigeration controller. It uses modern thermo technologies and three fully sealed plug-in PT100 platinum film temperature sensors to ensure that the cold-room is controlled and monitored with the greatest of ease.
The large graphics LCD display and touch sensitive dials offer a user friendly  man machine interface. Programming and setting of temperatures and defrost cycles are very friendly and uncomplicated. It offers 12 adjustable defrost cycles. One sample of product temperature is logged every 15 minutes and stored on an internal memory.
This novel approach of a paperless logging and filing system allows the data of any day in its history to be read and examined with just a few key presses.

  • Alarm mute and reset facility
  • Alarm relay output with 5A isolated (volt-free) changeover contacts
  • Status screen for indication of system state
  • Diagnostics screen for trouble-shooting
  • Alarm history record for low alarm, high alarm and power fail
  • Battery back-up for power blackout operation

 

Data Logger

  • Paperless data logger with automatic filing by date

  • Contents of internal databank can be transferred directly to the PC using the MASTERLINK Software or via a MASTERLINK Hardware module.

Four identical temperature sensors are included in a standard package. Each sensor is supplied with 45 feet of outdoor cable. If required, sensor extenders are available.
